How It Works

Choose. File. Fit.

Choose the replacement tooth that best fills your gap. Slowly file and shape the tooth, checking the fit frequently as you work. You may need to remove quite a bit—the goal is a snug, puzzle-piece-like fit between your neighboring teeth.

Next, soften a small amount of the pink material in hot water. Position it in the gap, press your prepared replacement tooth into it, shape, and allow it to cool and firm.

Didn’t get it right the first time? Reheat the material and adjust it again.

Before You Order

This kit requires a natural tooth on BOTH sides of the missing-tooth gap to help support the replacement.

Not suitable for:

• The last tooth at the back of your mouth
• A gap without neighboring teeth on both sides

**International orders Your order maybe subject to import duties and taxes ( including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country . DIY DENTURE SHOP is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer . 
If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of reshipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender.  If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our original cost of shipping. 

Unfortunately, if the order was delivered to the incorrect address as supplied by the customer, then there is little we can do at that point. We have legal and ethical obligation to ship the order to the exact address requested by the purchaser.

This policy is not our preference, nor is it our first choice.  However, the simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address as you are placing your order.  If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we would be happy to fix it!  Thank you again for your business, we are thrilled to work together with you!

Double check shipping address if address is incorrect please revise or your package will be delivered to the address on File, I’m not always able to update before package ships. This is a courtesy but not the sellers responsibility. Buyers responsibility to double check and update any information on File. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
