Q: A1, A2, or A3?
A: A1 is the brightest/whitest shade, A2 is a natural off-white (our most popular), and A3 is a slightly darker, more natural tone. If you're unsure, A2 is a great starting point for most customers. You can also compare the shades to your existing teeth or a shade guide.
Q: How long does the gum material last?
A: With proper care, our gum material is designed to be durable for everyday cosmetic use. Longevity depends on how often the dentures are worn and how well they are cleaned and stored. Avoid exposing them to extreme heat (like hot water or direct sunlight), which can warp the material.
Q: Can I reuse the putty impression material?
A: No — the putty impression material is a one-time-use product. Once it sets and cures, it cannot be re-softened or reused. Make sure to follow the instructions carefully before mixing so you get a good impression on the first try.

Q: What if the fit isn't right?
A: We stand behind our products with our Fit Guarantee. If your dentures don't fit properly, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right — including a free teeth exchange if needed. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Domestic orders have a processing/handling time of 2 business days, after which standard shipping typically takes an additional 2–4 business days. For international orders, please allow up to 30 days. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping!
