This DIY denture kit is suitable for use at home, as everything you need is included. Orders placed on weekend Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the first business day which is usually Mondays, orders placed after 1pm eastern time will ship next business day. Customized sizing
Not only can this full denture kit be tailored to the unique dimensions of your mouth, but it also comes in three different sizes (S/24, M/23, L/22.) This optimizes the chances of getting a fit that's exactly right. Note that as well as creating a full denture (top and bottom plates), it's possible to use the kit to create partial dentures. The majority of adults should be able to find a size that's right for them.

If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of reshipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender. If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our original cost of shipping.
Unfortunately, if the order was delivered to the incorrect address as supplied by the customer, then there is little we can do at that point. We have legal and ethical obligation to ship the order to the exact address requested by the purchaser.
This policy is not our preference, nor is it our first choice. However, the simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address as you are placing your order. If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we would be happy to fix it! To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
